Oat, Green Tea & Yogurt Face Mask
This combination is fantastic for sensitive or inflamed Heath- and Emmett-types (take theskinquiz.com to find out yours) because of the anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties. The oats also help absorb excess oil, and the balancing effects of yogurt and green tea make it great for acne-prone Olivia-types. This mask doesn't have photosensitivity issues so you can use it year-round, any time of day!
- Small bowl
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp plain organic yogurt
- 1 tbsp brewed green tea, cooled
- In a small bowl, mix the flour, yogurt, and green tea. Apply evenly to your face. Leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes; rinse with warm water.
- Store any unused portions in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
