- Order a copy of Dr. Cates’ book Natural Beauty Reset.
- Complete 2 surveys – one at the beginning and one at the end of the program.
- Complete daily journaling exercises provided by Dr. Cates. (This generally takes around 5 minutes per day.)
- Attend or watch the recordings for 6 live sessions starting February 25, 2025.

Program Structure
This is a 6-week journey designed to guide you through physical, emotional, and spiritual healing:
- Weekly Group Zoom Meetings: Each session will be 60 – 75 minutes and will be recorded for those unable to join live.
- Daily Homework Exercises: Journaling prompts and mindset practices (5–20 minutes/day) to support reflection and growth.
- Workbook: Your guide for seasonal practices, recipes, and exercises for hormonal harmony.
- This program is your first step toward releasing what no longer serves you and aligning with a vibrant, balanced version of yourself.
