Transitions as Turning Points
A New Year Workshop on Hormonal Harmony and Meaningful Change
with Dr. Trevor Cates
Wednesday, January 21
4:30–6:00 PM PT (7:30–9:00 PM ET)
on ZOOM (link provided after registration)
Together, we’ll explore:
- how stress and hormonal patterns interact during life transitions
- why symptoms don’t always correlate neatly with lab results
- how relationships (with yourself and others) directly impact physiology
- the patterns women often carry — individually, culturally, and generationally
- how awareness, reflection, and connection can lead to clarity and meaningful change
There will be space for:
- shifting away from dismissive myths and limiting beliefs
- journaling with guided prompts
- guided visualization and reflection
- integrating what this season of life — and 2026 — is revealing for you
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s driving your symptoms — and a grounded sense of what this season is asking of you.
Rooted in years of clinical practice, research, and personal reflection, this work brings together physiology, meaning, and lived experience.
It’s an invitation to pause, understand, and reconnect — with your body, your story, and what matters most to you now.
