Step into the unique rhythm of each season with Wild Women Tribe’s Seasonal Hormone Series, co-hosted by naturopathic physician Dr. Trevor Cates, in a powerful blend of nature, wellness, and community. This transformative quarterly series invites you to connect deeply with nature’s cycles through intentional movement, seasonal nourishment, and a sisterhood community of other women who are committed to their natural health journey.

Each session unfolds with an outdoor mindful hike through Park City’s scenic landscapes, paired with movement and mindset practices aligned with each season, and insights from Dr. Cates on harmonizing nourishment, supplements and health to align with your body’s natural rhythms.

During each session, Dr. Cates will cover hormonal shifts that may happen for that season and how to modify your food, movement and mindset practices to adjust to the changes so that you feel balanced, vibrant, and connected. Join us in community for a soulful, immersive experience of nature, wisdom, and women supporting women.

You’ll discover natural, practical solutions to manage hormonal symptoms, recognize key signs, and support your health with nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, and mental wellness. Join a community of like-minded women embracing life’s stages with grace and honoring natural rhythms.

This series is for women of all ages—you’re never too early (or too late!) to start understanding and nurturing your seasonal hormonal health. Whether you’re a nursing mom, trying to conceive, navigating perimenopause, or simply seeking balance, this journey empowers you to connect with your body’s rhythms and the cycles of Mother Nature, aligning with each season for a deeper sense of harmony and wellness.
